01언제까지 주문 문의를 해야 하나요?When should I contact you about an order?

수령일 기준 최소 2–3일 전에 문의해 주세요. 모든 떡은 주문에 맞춰 매일 당일 제작하므로, 충분한 준비 시간을 두고 요청해 주시면 좋습니다.

Please contact us at least 2–3 days before your requested receipt date. Every rice cake is made fresh daily to order, so allowing sufficient preparation time is appreciated.

02문의만 남기면 주문이 확정되나요?Does an inquiry confirm my order?

아닙니다. 문의 접수만으로 주문이 확정되지는 않습니다. 원하시는 구성, 수령일, 주문 가능 여부를 담당자와 직접 확인한 뒤 주문이 확정됩니다.

No. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an order. Your order is confirmed only after you directly confirm the arrangement, receipt date and availability with our team.

03무엇을 알려드리면 주문 상담에 도움이 되나요?What information helps with an order inquiry?

성함, 회신 가능한 연락처, 원하시는 떡 또는 선물 구성, 희망 수령일을 함께 남겨주세요. 필요한 내용을 확인한 뒤 안내드립니다.

Please include your name, a contact method for our reply, the rice cakes or gift arrangement you are considering, and your preferred receipt date. We will guide you after reviewing the details.

떡은 받으신 당일 드시는 것을 권해드립니다. 가장 좋은 맛과 식감을 위해 수령 후 24시간 이내에 드세요.

Our rice cakes are intended to be enjoyed on the day you receive them. For the best taste and texture, please enjoy them within 24 hours of receipt.

온라인 결제는 제공하지 않습니다. 주문은 문의 양식 또는 welcome@ckfnd.com으로 접수해 주세요. 주문 가능 여부와 세부 내용은 담당자와의 직접 확인 후 안내드리며, 이 확인이 완료된 후에만 주문이 확정됩니다.

Online payment is not available. Please submit your request through the contact form or welcome@ckfnd.com. Availability and order details will be confirmed through direct coordination with our team; an order is confirmed only after that confirmation is complete.
